Frequently Asked Questions
Can you deliver to hospitals or clinics?
Yes, we can! You can opt for same-day, next-day or standard shipping and our delivery guy will deliver it to the addressed hospital or clinic. Please state the exact details of the patient, such as their ward number and hospital name correctly. Our delivery guy will leave the gift at the receptionist counter if they are unable to enter the ward to deliver directly.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we do! Simply spend a minimum of $100 for free same-day delivery. Otherwise, standard shipping is at a flat rate of $2 and will take 2-3 working days. Or you can opt for next-day and same-day shipping for your convenience.
What are your delivery times?
We currently offer delivery from Mondays to Saturdays (except on Sundays and public holidays) between 10am and 10pm.
While we do not provide specific delivery times at the moment, we always aim to have all deliveries completed by 10pm.
If you need your bouquet to arrive at a specific time, we also offer self-collection at our workshop. This allows you to have complete control over when you receive your beautiful flowers and gifts.
What if my recipient is not at the location?
In the event that your recipient is not available to receive the delivery, we will do our best to find a safe and secure spot to leave the order. Our delivery guy will look for a suitable location that is in accordance with the security policies of the particular location, such as with a colleague, family member, friend, receptionist, or security guard. For houses, we may leave the order behind the gate, and for condos, we may leave it behind the grille - whichever option is available and safe.
We understand the importance of making sure your order is delivered correctly the first time, so please make sure to inform your recipient about the delivery and ensure that someone is available to receive it on their behalf. Please note that we are only able to attempt delivery of your order once, so it is important that someone is there to receive the delivery.
How do I know if my order has been delivered?
You will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp, so you can rest easy knowing that your recipient has received their special delivery. However, if you have any concerns or questions about your delivery, please do not hesitate to reach out to us on social media or email and we will be more than happy to assist you.
What language can my message be in?
Any language as long as you are happy and it is within 100 characters! Please note, however, that we will not write offensive messages. Emojis and emoticons are also not allowed as the message is handwritten.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
No we do not. We require full payment to be in before shipping out your gift, so as to take the burden off our operations and delivery team.
My flowers came damaged. What should I do?
Send the photos and video showing the damaged parts clearly. Our team will be with you as soon as possible, and will take recovery actions to ensure your bouquet is fixed! This could be in the form of a replacement bunch.
What is the refund policy?
We do not issue refunds.
